A branded documentary for Merrow Field Collective about seasonal fieldwork around a northern lake.
Stillwater follows a working shoreline through the quiet hour before the day begins. For Merrow Field Collective, we shaped a branded documentary around routines rather than explanation: preparing a boat, checking water conditions, and reading subtle changes across the lake.
The production used a small unit and available light to keep the location undisturbed. Long lenses held the distant tree line while close sound and patient detail work brought the practical labor forward. Open Access Productions led development, direction, and cinematography through final delivery.
